Orsini Apartment with balcony and parking

A pleasant relaxing location with all the amenities needed for a long stay close to shops Positive: Location was good in a relatively quiet neighbourhood and a nice building complex. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you may need. Washing machine was simple, drying rack,iron and good supply of towels for 6 nights with also a few supplies for coffee and washing powder etc. The owner was very obliging and responsive to requests and there was a huge amount of information on how everything worked and tourist information. Negative: The lounge in the kitchen was a little unusual. The owner booked a very early taxi for us to meet a tour bus which was great. We also requested a taxi for departure to the train station. This never showed up and after contacting the owner who had booked the service they tried to order another taxi. One hour later they managed to find another but we in desperation had started the long walk to the train station. Not really the fault of the owner but be wary of the poor taxi service in this area

Good value for money . Positive: The apartment was spacious with all amenities . Some shops , restaurants , coffee shop, butcher and supermarket nearby . Negative: Parking was a problem especially if you would come back at night . Had to drive around a couple of times to get a parking inside . Also a little far away from main attractions ( 30 mins walk)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer hübschen Wohnung in einem coolen Quartier in Florenz. Positive: die Lage der Unterkunft ist super: Florenz und doch Italien.. Im Quartier hat es feine Restaurants und Cafés und das Zentrum von Florenz kann in 30 Minuten zu Fuss oder in 15 Minuten mit dem Bus erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Begrüssung durch Alessio hat sehr gut geklappt. Negative: Eigentlich ist für den Preis alles tiptop. Parkplatz, kleiner Balkon, Lift, Küche und wer in der Stadt wohnt, hört auch die Nachbarschaft.
