Peaceful, Well‑Located and Equipped Apartment Near Tram 2 Positive: The apartment has an excellent location just a few minutes from the Lavagnini Poliziano stop on Tram 2, which is perfect for travelers arriving from the airport or Santa Maria Novella station. Set in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a peaceful courtyard, it’s clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It’s only a 20‑minute walk to central Florence, where we often enjoyed dinner or picked up the food on the way back. The communication with the owner was great, she provided very helpful information and great recommendations for food, sights, and grocery shopping. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Florence. Negative: I wished we planned more than just 5 days in Florence.
