Positive: Cómoda y muy bien distribuida. La ubicación es genial. La atención de Paola es para destacar Negative: Solo tener en cuenta que la calle donde está ubicada es ruidosa por la noche, por la proximidad con bares y restaurantes.

Convenient location, super small room & definitely NOT for family. Positive: The location. Francisco was friendly and offered to help carry one of our luggage upstairs. The spot is easily connected to the main center and walking distance. Good close to market, train station, no need for bus because can walk to pretty much attractions. Francisco gave us a wine bottle but we are not drinkers and left the bottle extra for the other guests. The host has utensils and some seasonings. Host also very quick responses. We were lost because of Google Maps when we first arrived at the station and asked about the heat system. We liked that the place has a drying towel rack. It has a urinal for the husband. Negative: The picture of the room is different than the actual room. Super small than the image of the website. Definitely NOT a right place for family. Two persons max. The sofa bed is totally worn out and my husband and I have to sleep on the couch the whole time. Very uncomfortable and waking up with back pain. Not helpful because below people are so loud partying from some restaurants below and they yelling up to 3:30 AM. The curtains are cheap looking. Heater not really working. When we asked about the heating control, the host was fast responding to instructions us about the control panel. But when we went downstairs to switch the panel by the main door entrance, we learned it didn’t matter because the Temperature is being controlled by the host through apps. There was some kind of water flooding inside the room. But we figured it must be because it is a 700 years old building. The kitchen is so cramped and crooked so cooking in the room was not good after 1st time. Please invest in a better hanging rack & providing olive cooking oil.

Desagradavel Surpresa Positive: Localização Negative: Quando cheguei, acompanhado pelos meus filhos (3 e 5 anos) e esposa, e respetiva bagagem, o anfitrião não se disponibilizou sequer a ajudar na subida para o ultimo piso sem elevador com as crianças. Subiu sozinho e ficou à espera na porta do apartamento. No interior o chão estava cheio de areias e pó. Solicitei a fatura relativamente ao pagamento da minha estadia para poder apresentar na contabilidade da empresa, e ainda nenhum recebi nenhum documento, apenas me enviaram um folha em word/pdf sem qualquer informação fiscal relativamente ao alojamento, pelo que o documento disponibilizado não serve como documento oficial para apresentar na contabilidade.
