Santo Spirito's Nest

Apartament acollidor i complert! Positive: És un apartament acollidor i amb tot el necessari per passar una estada breu a Florència. Molt ben situat, al costat de l'església del Santo Spirito i el pont de la Trinitat, i amb el centre històric a prop. Restaurants, bars i cafeteries en la zona amb un ambient tranquil. Negative: Cal pujar unes quantes escales per arribar-hi i l'edifici no té ascensor. En el meu cas no ha estat un problema perquè només duia una motxilla. També vaig trobar una mica desmesurat haver de pagar 50€ per arribar fora de l'horari del check-in.

L,apartament ideal. Positive: La cituació, prop de tot el que volia visitar Negative: Les fotos no corresponen am absolut a la realitat del apartament. Si el que busques es haber de pujar 5 trams d,escales am un total de 69 esgraons d,alçada considerable cada vegade que entre o surts de l,apartament, has trovat l,apartament ideal. Si el que busques es una llum esmorteida i de baixa intensitat que ilumini el sofa i la sala menjador, has tovat l,apartament ideal. Si el que busques es una catifa bruta, uns mobles tacats i vells, que una de les dos uniques cadires estigui a punt de desmontarse i sigui perillosament inestable es a dir inutilitzable, i que la tv estigui desintonitzada, i s,hagi de sintonitzar cada vegade que la vols veure, has trovat l,apartament ideal. Si el que vols es passar fret, (la calefaccio la regula la propietat) i que l,aire acondicionat sigui sorollos per posarlo a la nit i que no escalfi lo suficient, enhorabona! has trovat l,apartament ideal. La poca presió d,aigua de la dutxa tampoc ajuda gaire aa confort que ofereix un apartament ideal. La solucio que va donar la propietat a aquets "petits entrebancs" va se canviar a un apartament mes llunyà del centre, mes car i que no cubria tots els dies que ya tenia pagats. El que si vui felicitar es al profesional autor de les fotografies del apartament, milloren ostenssiblement la realitat. La propietat no va reconeixe mai res del que exposo, al contrari, tot van ser justificacións per surtir del pas. ( total ya habia cobrat) e intentar ferm,he veure que era yo el que m,habia equivocat am les meves espectatives valoràn l,apartament per les fotos que publiquen a Booking. El que si van fer va ser portar una lampara de peu. Si busqueu no ya un apartament ideal, si no un de normal i mitjanament confortable, segons el meu criteri, no trieu mai aquet.

Fully recommend! Positive: The Nest’s location is spot on, right on the edge of Florence’s historic center – super close to everything. You’ve got great restaurants all around, easy walks to the main sights. The second-floor bedroom is my favorite; it’s comfy and gets good light. The bathroom’s roomy too, which is a nice touch. Overall, a reliable pick for a quick stay. Negative: The stairs :))))))

Cosy and convenient base for exploring beautiful Florence Positive: Great location - a nice quiet base, walkable to everything we needed. Relatively well-equipped, able to prepare some of our own meals. Always comfortable, with good aircon. Great communication with the host, and very clear and helpful instructions for our stay. Negative: Three flights of stairs with luggage was an effort (but our host very kindly helped us carry things up at check in). The place is a little older, but still very clean and comfy.

Positive: The location was good, we were quite close to the centre. It was very clean and the AC was working well. Very spacious and everything that you need is there. It was such a cute and cosy place to stay in. There were really good restaurants and shops near the accommodation which was really handy. Negative: There’s no lift in the building so if you have heavy luggages, and after a day of walking, be prepared to climb up the stairs.
